Culture is the identity of any institute. The Labour Welfare Department has always given special impetus to a distinguishing and enduring culture. The department desires each student to think "out-of - the-box", and to be receptive to new ideas. Creativity and active participation in various activities give the students a hands-on experience in administration, not to mention the opportunity to develop their personality.
Live projects and workshops, presentation and strategy games are the hallmarks of the MLW culture. Public and alumni relations are par excellence Placement activities and student council activities encourage self-sufficiency and self-reliance. Promoting a "can-do-it" approach is inculcated through team work and innovative projects
The culture of the Department emboldens the students to take all challenges in their stride, to become the sound men and women today's corporate culture can rely on. Learning through innovative channels constitutes the MLW culture.
