In the present era of dramatic change and concomitant uncertainties, which in turn has an enormous impact on organizations and the way it is managed, acknowledging the 'human' factor is of paramount important. Management of the talent competencies and strategy formation has been the great task in front of new HR managers. HRM is one and only subject of the management which handles all the problems in the business world with the human touch.

I am sure that new batch equipped with the theoretical as well as practical knowledge gained from the department will be ready to accept all the challenges in the field of HR.

Nothing is permanent in this world. But human behaviour in certain situation is almost similar.

A fresh batch of Masters of Labour Welfare is ready to cope up with the upcoming challenges in various industries at global level, being an HR Professional & human engineers it is necessary to know about human behaviour to sort out many problems in industry.

From the year 2011 MLW curriculum has been divided into four semester course system in which many of the new, advanced & innovative subjects have been added to the curriculum so that students can relate to theory with present industrial scenario.

Practical exposure through continuous observation supervision & examination with the students make them more attentive on each stage during four semesters.

I must congratulate from the bottom of my heart to all the students of MLW 2012 batch, for their future career and life as well.
